The Carthians are the youngest of the large Covenants, they believe in using modern political models like Democracy or even Communism and attempt to drag the rest of kindred society into the twenty first century.
The other covenants often see the Carthian Movement as idealistic rebels or at worst dangerous anarchists fighting against the more traditional values held by the rest of kindred society.

Less a unified Covenant as a collection of allied religions the Circle of the Crone worship a thousand ancient pantheons although all of them bow to the Crone the amalgamated dark goddess of vampirism that they worship in their own different ways.
The Circle of the Crone practice a form of blood magic known as Crúac and its dark magic’s are feared by outsiders.

The Sanctified believe that they are gods scourge on humanity, they claim their order was founded by Longinus the centurion who impaled Jesus Christ with the spear of destiny and was made a vampire for his sin.
The Lancea Sanctum is the dark clergy of the kindred world and their dark miracles are said to be blessings from god to aid them in scourging mankind.

Founded by the infamous Vlad Dracul the Ordo Dracul are a secretive order who seek to transcend the vampiric state to become something greater.
The Ordo Dracul come at their research through science and their results must be proven before the rest of the order as a whole accepts them.

Those who are either unable or unwilling to join a covenant the Unaligned are often considered to be the lowest of all in kindred society and few ever manage to gain status or recognition from the court.
A few unaligned elders might be powerful or respected enough to stand alone but for the most part the unaligned are always but one step away from a bloodhunt.
